Merle Norman Cosmetics has been a staple in Massillon for over 50 years and has been in it's current location in the Amherst Plaza for over 40 years now.
It goes without saying that this Studio has served countless loyal Merle Girls who have used the products for decades. Those same loyal customers have passed the Merle Norman tradition down to their children and grandchildren. The loyalty of our customers has been the key to the longevity of this local gem.

I was blessed to become the owner of the Massillon Studio in January of 2011. I have been fortunate to be able to utilize my God-given artistic talent and creativity, along with my passion for customer service in every aspect of my business. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping women feel better about the way they look, which in turn gives them a new found confidence in themselves. Since day one, it has been a labor of love to come to my Studio, due to the love and support of my awesome customers.
I am honored to continue the Massillon Merle Norman tradition for many years to come.

Merle was so passionate about her formulations that she knew if people had a chance to try her products, they’d become buying customers. Wherever she went, she took the opportunity to share samples with those she’d meet. And in her Studio, everyone who entered would be invited to try her products with a free makeup demonstration. Her famous “try before you buy” philosophy is echoed by many businesses today. And the free makeover is a core service that is still offered in every Merle Norman Studio.
